Cascade 2026
What you put out comes back. Always. Without exception.
Not as punishment. Not as reward. Just as physics.
Cascade is a painting built entirely around that truth. A single vertical axis runs from the top of the canvas to the bottom, unwavering, absolute, the spine of everything. From it, lines radiate outward in both directions, above and below a horizon line that cuts the canvas exactly in half. Above: branches reaching, signals transmitting, frequency moving upward and outward into whatever is listening. Below: the same lines returning, rippling back in concentric waves, the root system and the root system's echo, curving inward at the very bottom into a single oval point like the origin of a signal or the memory of a seed.
The whole image is a mirror. Fold it along that horizon line and the top meets the bottom perfectly. Which is the point. Which has always been the point.
Your thoughts are not private events. They are broadcasts. They move through you and out of you and into the world and the world sends them back shaped like your life. The people who arrive. The doors that open and the ones that stay closed. The version of the day you wake up into. All of it is downstream of what you are transmitting, consciously or not. Cascade is a painting that makes that invisible mechanism visible. Draws it in black line on aqua and teal so you can look at it directly and stop pretending you do not already know.
The background moves the way thought moves. The aqua washes shift and bleed and layer, never fully settled, never fixed, the way the mind beneath the mind is never quite still. The black lines are the decision. The commitment. The moment you choose what frequency you are going to send.
This is not a passive painting. It will ask something of you every time you walk past it. It will remind you that the ripple starts here, with you, with whatever you are thinking right now in this moment in this room. It does not let you forget that.
At 60 x 90 centimeters, Cascade is a vertical canvas with the stillness of a diagram and the energy of something alive. It belongs somewhere central. Somewhere unavoidable. Somewhere it can keep doing its work.
Acrylic on canvas. 60 x 90 cm. Original, one of one. Contact for inquiries.
